Right clicking on document: "Adobe Acrobat Elements has encountered a problem and needs to close"

i have had problems right clicking on documents , choosing 'convert pdf' or convert 'pdf , email' - error message getting are:  for:

 

'convert pdf' - adobe acrobat elements has encountered problem , needs close

 

and

 

'convert pdf , email' - internet explorer has encountered problem , needs close

 

what can try fix this?

you don't use acrobat elements server.
