NetConnection problem after ip change of router

we have flash browser application stream music , experiencing network problem when router of user renews it's ip.

when application starts, connection our wowza server made netconnection.connect(url) method. goes fine , start stream netstream object. works until router of user requests new ip. has policy of isp of user: renew ip @ least every 36 hours. pc of user in local network router.

when ip of router renewed, buffer in our application runs empty (we receive netstream.buffer.empty event on stream). note don't receive netconnection.connect.closed event on connection.

when buffer runs empty, start timer , if buffer still empty after 10 seconds, close connection netconnection.close(). after method call, netconnection.connect.closed event received on connection.

after connection closed, try set new connection netconnection.connect(url) method (same url used initial connection). strange thing happens: netconnection.connect.failed status. retry connect every 3 seconds or so. during 15 minutes, keep on receiving netconnection.connect.failed status on every attempt set connection. after 15 minute period, application can connect (we receive succes event).

this happens of our users. receive netconnection.connect.failed during 15 minutes. can visit other sites during period, have valid internet connection. receiving logging users @ time can't connect after ip change. seems connection our streaming server can't established.

i think cashed somewhere 15 minutes.. has idea look?

all welcome, trying solve problem 2 weeks , have no clue can cause this.

thx!
