LED efficiency and brightness questions
these leds

have output of 150 mcd, , these leds
http://www.us.kingbright.com/images/catalog/spec/apt3216yc.pdf
only have output of 8 mcd.
but both use same current (20 ma), first 1 more efficient , second 1 generates more heat?
second question - light perception logarithmic...so first 1 2x brighter, not 18x brighter, right?

yes, first 1 more efficient, due different chemistry.
