multi language - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

sorry if question has been asked did not find answer in forum.
i'm new joomla , wondering if joomla multi language support.
i mean have several people work , different countries.

if joomla multi languages, how work ? mean should translate files language specific or include ?

there many language packages available joomla! these "housekeeping" items such admin menus, etc.

there extensions joomfish "manage" translations, not translate anything. control displayed site visitors based on language selection users make.
