HELP! rendering issues in AE CS4 w/ video overlays

hi guys,

  i've finished rendering video quicktime movie on ae cs4.  i'm using footage shot canon 5d mark ii, firmware upgrade shoots 29.97 fps not 30 ae supposedly has trouble with.  whenever ram preview, video plays fine, after final ouput rendered on ae, video seems stall whenever use video overlays (as in, videos lighten/multiply in blending options) on top of each other.  question is: ae cs4 have problems video overlays on top of each other? , if so, have experience in working out?

no, ae has no trouble processing or rendering of ask you.

but footage dslrs not ordinarily editable in native format because of compression. did yo convert more frame-editable format before trying use in ae?

 

actually, nevermind, don't answer that. wait till of other guys more experience canon's video-from-a-still format can check in. meantime, can research huge user base of canon dslr users shooting video.

Trouble with PF_OutFlag_I_USE_AUDIO and PF_CHECKOUT_LAYER_AUDIO

i trying render graphical representation of layer's audio waveform. have seen this similar thread , problem checking out audio, cannot far.   in globalsetup function set out_flags thus..   out_data-> out_flags = pf_outflag_i_use_audio;   but in pf_cmd_frame_setup function, , pf_cmd_render function ( pf_cmd_smart_pre_render pf_cmd_smart_render)   the pf_indata src_snd structure empty , in_data->start_sampl == 0, in_data->dur_sampl == 0, in_data->total_sampl == 0     i missing something, appreciate guidance,   thanks   steve (london, uk - adobe plugin developers nearby?)
