Flash builder 4 release version and LCDS 3.0

i have installed flash builder 4 release version and configured webservice destination in lcds.

if call webservice using destination flex application works fine.

but cannot see destination in data-->connect webservice-->through lcds proxy destination

 

connect direct webservice works fine

i have configured rds server , test connection working fine.

please let me know if missing step.

is wsdl using publicly available?

if so, please provide wsdl url.

also, can make sure destinations defined correctly in proxy-config.xml
