Word 2007 Form Data Vanishes when Converted to PDF (Acrobat Pro 9.3.2)

i work lot of forms in microsoft word, , have create pdfs forms. past 2 months or so, when save microsoft word documents form fields pdfs microsoft word, of form field data disappears. believe started happening after microsoft office update, cannot certain. if save document odf can (usually) convert pdf without losing form data, doesn't work every time. btw, happens text fields.

 

has happened else? there known solution? haven't been able find else in forums.

the real question how creating pdf. there not save pdf in office 2007 unless talking ms plug-in. acrobat use create-pdf or print adobe pdf printer. form fields, can open file within acrobat option import form fields. can see have mentioned 4 ways create pdf word , have no clue how did it.
