Anyone know a trick to remove static from paper??

not id question more of printing question has created nightmare @ work today!!  know of little tricks remove static glossy text paper pages dont stick when printing?  when opened paper packets, hear cracking static bigtime.  fanned sides of paper after putting printer , sheet still sticking bad!  thoughts??  unfortunately touching paper person shock out doesnt work :-(
