LCD Menu

hi all!

i want make sketch operates lcd display menu system, going further menu allows edit variables arrow keys (e.g. timings etc..)

i can't figure out do, please help!

p.s. if helps using 20x4 lcd display, , arrow keys are: left, right, up, down, enter , back

did try google search? this result came on first page , looks promising.
