Is the CSS window popup still mandatory in CS5?

in cs4 dreamweaver css popup window crammed down our throats whether wanted or not.

have removed mandatory use (made optional) in cs5?

else.....we're not buying it.

 

no need comment opinions use of css.

 

we had our reasons not using , didn't appreciate being mandatory, went cs3.

what popup window?

 

i've used dreamweaver since version 3 in 2004 , i've never seen "popup" window css.

 

are referring css panel? if isn't mandatory.

 

are aware can set own custom workspace panels use opened in it?
