Palettes stuck on 2nd display

my tool palettes in gl cs2 (windows xp), once drag them primary monitor second monitor , release mouse, stay there, unable moved again. work ok, can't repositioned @ or moved primary monitor.

 

this doesn't happen in other program. can move palettes around heart's content other adobe cs2 products.

 

can't find here or elsewhere on-line. ideas? me before re-install!

try go menu.... under windows>workspace>reset

that shud place pallets default...

 

(you can save workspace can go that)
