Acrobat 8 crashes - Reading Untagged Document & Preferences Menu

hey everyone.

 

i have installed adobe acrobat 8 (8.2.1) standard on win 7 (32-bit) laptop. working ok short while when open pdf have pop-up come "reading untagged document" , whole program crashes shortly after. have noticed when go preferences menu (edit>preferences) program crashes shortly after preferences menu displays.

hmmm that's interesting. version 8.0.0 seems work fine if install 8.1.3 update these problems happen. else have problem?
