when reduse size of webpage layout goes wrong 
this normal feature of joomla!
this fluid template design. if make screen larger, columns become wider until reach maximum column width, column added on right fill screen.
if make screen smaller, columns become narrower until reach minimum width, joomla! automatically drops right column vertically down 1 level.
the left column displayed, right column dropped when screen minimized becomes lower middle column.
two ways change default.
1. define fixed height columns.
2. create template 2 columns.
