Thread: NeatX and !M NX Client for Windows - Barely compatible?

i have installed neatx on ubuntu lucid 10.04.

, use no machine windows client connect.

on first glance superior freenx because incorporate theme , style remote session.

on longer usage gets more , more trouble connecting. basic commands restoresession , terminate not work, same reply.

i can create new session cannot ever ever ever terminate after reboot.

what's going on? ubuntu relying on alpha stage software here?

i've gotten few of well. happens once everytime reboot server, think it's on neatx side.
wrote script called nxclean delete existing session file. should have been deleted once session completed , cleaned up, rebooted (i close nx session, ssh in, , issue reboot command.) if try nx in , fail, ssh in, , run nxclean. connects fine.

if check log file viewer, able find location of sessions cache (sry, don;t recall path off top of head.) delete contents of the 'sessions' dir (but don't delete 'sessions' itself; give diff error).

let me know if find out more on issue. haven't dug it, server remains booted months @ time, nbd me.
