Import Quarkxpress files

folks,

i have been tasked converting reference book webhelp system. reference created in quark (i don't know version), , fancy 4 1/2" 7" spiral bound handbook of aobut 200 pages.

i've tried working .pdf , .rtf output, no luck. formatting complex, many tables, lists of various sorts, etc. .rtf output includes many words , phrases images, instead of text.

the quark product sheet states quark can publish html. has tried or found approach works?
