hi all, please excuse me, lots of people don't have experience this, can understand if explained clearly. in advance reading! problem while had win7 rc, installed ubuntu 9.04 windows application using wubi , allocated minimum amount of hard drive space it, 10 gb. now, can't remember happened, through uninstallations , installations, have win7 pro , ubuntu, though ubuntu not in add/remove programs list in windows. want ubuntu default os (first on list @ startup don't have select every boot). can select ubuntu fine, can't set default, whether it's in .lst file (set default 0, set to) i've found on forums, or in windows msconfig. running fine, want selected first. don't know if it's app in windows or dual booted. if matters, in ubuntu (10.04) , says disk space entire disk space, not partition. don't have separate partitions, i've found through gparted. i'm confused, i'm sure it's simpler out there. appreciat...

hi guys, yesterday updated 1.5.8 1.5.10. , website messed up, in ie 6 , 7. in firefox, chrome, opera looks fine in ie whole right side of homepage missing, , whole bottom of homepage. shows 2 of 25 articles. when going somewere else in website, returns normal, right side gets upthere , articles show , bottom of page. on homepage it's messed again. this major problem, checked out css files cannot find errors @ 50% of visitors use ie, , needs fixed asap. ideas people? 1st. picture, missing in ie. 2nd. piciture: firefox, looking normal thanks mod edit: removed links , images you need minimum of 5 posts before can post files, or links guess. check home page not on other pages. know ie having real problem iframes on pages. got annoying switched ff. did research on @ time , because ie wanted iframe nested way , not display page if wasn't. i realized something. slow footage down using time remap feature in ae, came across tutorial timewarp effect , realized can better (although slower) job. have 1 issue it. time remap can drag right boundary of clip whatever want, when timewarp cannot it. how expand footage beyond right boundary in case? try applying timewarp effect on timeremapped layer (but without messing time remapping) More discussions in After Effects adobe

hi ~   i have footage shot on dv that's been used in project built in premiere pro cs4.   the problem system crashing , not letting me export tape, , i'm under gun done. says "system low on memory", though shouldn't - , virtual memory on drive 100 gig of space , it's set "let computer manage" virtual memory size.   i've "rendered effects in workspace" , timeline shows green line.   maybe ram failing?   so anyway, i'm thinking if processing of timeline intensive , triggering crash, maybe can export timeline dv avi output, play on timeline tape.. has play - no dizzolves or effects.   the question is: laying off timeline dv avi degrade video (noticably?)   thanks help.   when over, i'm going test ram software program see if it's failing or faultering.... another idea - maybe import ppro timelines into ae , export there? i have 1.5 test site migrated content 1.0 site. of content on 1.0 site has changed, been updated, deleted, etc. what i'm thinking in order capture changes on 1.5 site need re-migrate of 1.0 content. mean need remove current content 1.5 site. my question this... jos_content table contain content sections, categories , articles or contain content custom modules well? i'm thinking if it's content sections, categories, articles can delete 1.5 database , re-import 1.0 content. if contains content custom modules need figure out else since 1.5 site has custom module content i'd save (instead of deleting , having manually add again). hope makes sense. jos_content contains articles, custom modules stored in jos_modules table in fields. sections , categories stored in own respective tables , linked content table, new sections/categories have pulled across. if you're looking @ small amount of data can copy across relatively easily, keep in mind if you've added categories...

hey guys. have odd video problem have never experienced before. have 27:30 minute long television episode , trying cut out specific part show brother lives in city. have cs4. have done many times cs3 no problems. problem import video file , move down timeline. show full length when move curser past point on file there no video audio. moved curser moved along file , found that, reason, entire video sequence of episode had played out @ 2:34. entire video sequence has been compressed play out in first 2:34 though file on timeline shows full length of episode. audio works fine. it's video giving me problems. video file .avi. said before i've never had problem before appreciated. thanks. well, avi horribly broad format. depend on inside avi "wrapper." article give background. can give info on avi files?   the cure in details.   good luck,   hunt More discussions in Premiere Pro CC adobe
