Thread: Can't install packages from an image (APTonCD)

hi,

well, think in title.
created image disk of installed packages aptoncd,
burned cd in order install these packages on
not internet connected pc.
typed: sudo apt-cdrom add wich added line in source.list:
code:
deb cdrom:[aptoncd ubuntu lucid - i386 (2010-06-22 22:26) cd1]/ /
then:
code:
sudo apt-get update
but if want install package sudo apt-get install xorg exemple,
have many lines of errors like:
code:
impossible retrieve cdrom:[aptoncd ubuntu lucid - i386 (2010-06-22 22:26) cd1]/packages/package_name.deb
what's problem ?

when insert cd prompt start package manager.
accept prompt , , synaptic started. click on origin button , click on 1 of lines have aptoncd in name (main(aptoncd ubuntu),contrib(aptoncd ubuntu) etc.). if won't work browse "packages" folder on cd, there.
