Tables vs CSS
ok. i'm burnt out spending last few weeks reading countless tutorials , pages why css better tables. explain pain have in stomach. first webpage created entirely in flash 4 years ago. pretty read tutorials , surfed web teach myself software. became content site , how things progressing these questions people why i'm using flash if i'm not doing animation it. answer? because had access program.
so friend of mine suggests me use dreamweaver it's ease of use. do. ask obvious, how create site in dw? friend suggested easiest way use tables. pretty created table saved template each link. realize want add drop down menu navigation bar. go , ask brilliant friend how create drop down menus. suggested answer flash. great. more tutorials.
this brings eyes bleeding reading these tutorials , functioning navigation bar made in flash. while comtemplating thought of having learn css (a foreign language). have few questions need answered.
1) impossible (because still have not been able find , answer) insert horizontal flash navigation bar row of table without having resize row expanded buttons (size of movie)? example: http://iceillusions.com/templates/iceillusionstest.html
2) should have used css build/layout website rather tables? http://www.iceillusions.com
3) there anyway convert css tables without killing myself (as these internet sources saying)?
4) if css preferred method, how can import row want navigation menu be?
5) may notice site pretty gallery of images. have recommendations better more aesthetic image gallery supported dreamweaver?

believe may misunderstanding how works. css used style
your markup - can't "convert css tables", can however, style
the tables, cells, borders etc css.
