charging akaline batteries?
i saw or heard somewhere possible recharge akaline battery, im sure, has tried this? im thinking instead of buying rechargeable batteries project, use regular batteries, have time charge
to extent can, not designed , there dangers of bursting/explosion , leakage. won't capacity or many recharges , might leakage trashes device battery in (not in digital camera instance, perhaps acceptable torch/flashlight).
this site has anecdotal experience - note author had cell burst (i presume there risk of explosion - not risk i'd take when nimh batteries cheaper top-brand alkaline)

i think summary "if prepared wear protective clothing perhaps viable don't recommend it"
