Resetting the Registry so other Users have full access to Flash Player 9

does have solution fixing registry after installing fp9, users can have full access it.
i found site

to fix installation problem, (and worked perfectly), other users have limited access flash player. (some sites still flash needs installed).
operating system: windows xp home edition, sp1, internet. exp. version 6.0.2800.1106.xpsp2.050301-1526
any appriciated.
