Locked up at 80% burning a DVD

i burning dvd using elements 8 , has locked @ 80% completion. cleared gaps in video prior starting burn. video made of stills , video clips.

 

thanks input.

have resized of photos no larger 1000x750 pixels, per faqs right of forum?

 

also, video minidv camcorder, captured on firewire? if not, kind of camcorder did video come from?

 

finally, able burn dvd files folder on hard drive rather directly disc?
