Hyperlinks in RBH

hi there, asked in thread, thought deserved it's own discussion. we've had lot of issues when publish hyperlinks. links turn relative links , not work our ssl files. therefore, we've been going html each link , turning link absolute link. have how we've organized our files? have this?

normally want avoid using absolute links , relative links preferred. makes me wonder if perhaps misunderstanding them.

 

a relative link looks this:

 

* in same folder: sometopic.htm

* in different folder: ../sometopic.htm or folder/sometopic.htm or ../somefoder/sometopic.htm

 

generally speaking, relative links more resilient , more reliable result.
