Alt text for photos not appearing

hi,

 

i tagged large document in indesign (because acrobat pro's feature unpredictable).

 

i assigned alt text photos, when hover cursor on them while viewing the

exported pdf, showing up.

 

it turns out large photos have on chapter divider pages ones

not showing alt text, though set in indesign structure view the

same way other photos.

 

can think of reason why happening? thing can think of

that's different them master page. because

each photo unique, they've been disconnected original master page.

i figured out photos had been set blending mode of multiply

because earlier iteration of design used transparency. eye, they

look normal photos, didn't realize set multiply.

 

this solved problem it's not heartening news. if graphic legitimately

did have blending mode set? workaround if needed set alt text

for images?
