Toolbar button doesn't work

acobat pro 7.10, winxp, sp. 2.

 

my acrobat gui isn't in english, try explain.

 

in toolbar "files" search button binoculars graphic doesn't work. when clicking nothing happens , acrobat stops work.

 

the toolbar "search", 1 text field, works ok.
