Printing text in a scrollable field

one of our clients gave .pdf had created acrobat pro. want fix couple of problems having it. main problem is:

there scrollable text field gets truncated when document printed i.e. part of field prints visible in the scrollable field. don’t know if way acrobat supposed work. if correct stategy print document includes of text in scrollable field?
