Troobleshoot whit FMR in Captivate 3 & 4

hello everyone,

 

i use captivate 4 in simulation mode, , time fmr page (mouse actions) replaced white page takes time action when want preview , when published.

what strange works if use lower resolution.

 

i work under windows xp sp2, use adobe captivate version 4.00 build 1596

 

i égalment following office 2007 installed , work résolutin 1920 x 1200

not directly answer, please install update (released may 2009), possible through menu.

 

you using high resolution: capture @ resolution? not forget in cp4 playbar add pixels height of published swf.
