Flex in IBM Portal/WAS

i'm new flex application. follow example in http://www.adobe.com/devnet/flex/articles/flex_portals_03.html deploy flex application portlet in ibm websphere portal server failed. knows how it? above link doesn't deployment steps in detailed. example, need include specific flex jar files in web-inf\lib or changing web.xml file? alternatly, try deploy flex application in server instead of portal server? lot help! :-)
