Design-Time seems to be read-only

after inserting design-time control (related topics), control seems read-only. cannot add , related topics control, nor can check properties control. empty control. received new laptop , reloaded robohelp, i'm not sure if problem. don't think because earlier today did copy-n-paste create new file , related topics control worked. able remove jumps control add jumps. however, same problem occurring in files well.

hi sechris. rh installed on laptop full administrator rights? if so, may worth unistalling , reinstalling again.
