Thread: remestersys - filesystem is larger than the iso9660 ?

remastersys shows message:
"the compressed filesystem larger iso9660 specification allows single file. must try reduce amount of data backing , try again."

wanted make system backup. have root partition - 30gb , home, 30 gb. additionally 2 other partitions visible separate disks. wanted save backup in partition has 80 gb of free space. so, why such problem occurred?
remestersys make clone of entire 60 gb - root + home partition + 2 other disks or root , home partitions? can't see there option mark backup.

remestersys compress backup files or makes clone exact size of backed partitions?

anyway, give me tip do, please.

remastersys meant backing cd or dvd. it's complaining entire filesystem compressed, can't make small enough fit within size limit file on cd/dvd. if you're trying hard drive, remastersys not program want.
