Premiere Pro 7.0 dropping random frames from original video
here 1 of many problems running into. when import original video adobe premiere pro 7.0 leaves out few frames in random spots scattered throughout clip (i'm guessing referred dropped frames).
i first noticed when went sync audio mp3 files, imported seperatly, video clips , found audio clips few frames longer; , audio/video don't match up.
i hoping shine light onto why happening , can done remedy it. i've fiddled around differnt settings when loading new project no success.
i importing origina video folder on desktop. mpeg-2 format , came sony handycam dcr sr45 camcorder. below properties video according video player on computer.
video:
mpeg-2 video
720x480 (16:9)
29.97fps 9100kbps
audio:
dolby ac3 48000hz stereo 256kbps (this audio doesn't show imported video files why import seperate mp3 audio)
p.s.
i've been told mpeg-2 files not ideal video editing. i've been told premiere pro doesn't recognize ac3 audio, why importing audio seperatly mp3 files have created in program. i've been told camcorder use not ideal editing purposes.
so, if sees reasons disagree or concur these statements, please let me know. but, right now, have existing video camcorder must make work in adobe premiere pro, please me work got. thanks.
mp3 lousy format edit, pcm/wav far better. 7.0 did come out before turn of century or right after? old software. pc old? maybe time upgrading.
