how do you avoid creating a subfolder??

after importing through lr creating subfolder.  how can avoid this?

 

when used import memory card pictures, folder created , when opened see imported files.  cannot figure out how when import through lr.

first in preferences, check or uncheck ignore camera-generated folder names when naming folders, depends on weather want these or not.

then in import dialog have opportunity of naming folders created how wish, or importing files 1 pre existing folder.
