Indesign page opens with rules showing like school notebook paper

when open document in indesign comes rules on school notebook paper.  how can rid of these lines , how can set indesign open new document blank page?

baseline grid. no need panic, it's view setting.

 

as virtually *all* settings of indesign, have close documents, select view settings want usual menus. become defaults new documents.

 

if see in existing document , bothers you, switch off , save document.
