File path in title bar for CF files only?

g'day

when have cfm or cfc file open in edit window, full path - relative project - displayed in title bar of cfb.  other sort of file, file name displayed.

 

now... seem recall switching on "show full path in title bar..." option somewhere, i'm damned if can find now.  aside, if cfb going show full path cf files, should not display them files?
