Can't add menu to Premiere 8 movie

i new using adobe , having issues adding menu video. video complete , trying add menu finish up. menu sopposed show on timeline? if so, how there. i've tried clicking apply button , dragging , dropping. making harder should be?

the menu appear in disc menu navigation window, show main menu , number of scene menus.

 

in create menus library, choose apply, once have chosen menu set, wish use. if make mistake, change project auto play, , selections disappear, , can start over.

 

the menus not appear in timeline.
