Creating FAQs in RH - use KnowledgeBase project?

we use rh8 v 8.0.2. we're wanting add asked questions not sure best approach be. have 8 different application hlep files now. should add faq topics application or should create new project , use knowledge base project type or e-learning project type? if has faqs in rh project, i'd curious see how done.

faqs may approached in few different ways.

for starters, i'm not sure i'd recommend devoting complete project faqs.

a typical faq page lists each faq , corresponding answer below it. user typically has list of questions @ top of page questions serve links point bookmarks farther down page.

robohelp 8 can aid in allowing insert "mini-toc placeholder". format each question heading 1 or 2 or 3. placeholder manage creating links you. need more.

if don't want take approach, can insert qestions/answers , use dhtml drop down areas present answers. can become bit tricksy if end perhaps 20 or 30 faqs. having gobs of dhtml drop-downs on page can make page load , drop-downs won't work well.

hopefully ideas started.
