Index items for Help topics

hi, all!

this may seem trivial, since supervisor asked capitalized acronyms ...

when try add acronym index item, when click "add" button, acronyms gets changed lower case. why? hasn't done this, because i've found acronyms added upper case. gibt?

how adding terms. i've tried adding capitalised terms via project index tab on left , via topic properties index tab. both allow capitalised entries.

are unable add capitilised index entries?
what version using - works ok me in x5 , robohelp 6.
