Can't get into site, front or back end - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

having trouble - can't log end, type user & pass correctly , page reloads, no error messages, isn't directing me end.

this true of front end, "down maintenance" tried log in , same thing, page reloads.

it fine when left yesterday, , didn't strange it.

any ideas can fix in file manager?
