I/T Professionals seeking help in forums
lately in adobe reader forum, there has been rash of people asking questions "deployment" of updates , how modify patches pushing on network.
it's opinion, "user user" forum everyday people having issues software , need without having pay technical support.
someone "pushing patch" on network hundreds of end users is:
not everyday user.
being paid else push updates.
being paid modify patches can so.
in such cases, there employer not mandating things stated above reaping benefits having professional them them.
these employers should paying adobe support bring people speed on how "push" patches on network in way employer wants done
i'm not network administrator (other 5 systems @ home), i'm not i/t professional (yet), , don't write c++ or create apis.i'm ten year windows user, 8 year mac user , have worked every product adobe has made on years... more others.
if employer , discovered i/t "professional" seeking advice of guy in bedroom on same computer takes night classes on... affect every system in company... i'd questioning hiring , retention of said individual.
am wrong tell these people should going (paid) technical support questions?
>am wrong
i user, like...
this user user forum, , asking network administrator question unlikely answered here... unless, of course, other user network administrator , has answer
i suggest search adobe knowledgebase @ http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/search/index.cfm?cat=support&loc=en_us or call adobe support ask developer information
bottom line... can't stop asking question... providing @ least or direction better none
