Acrobat Connect Pro LMS 7.5 server cache issue - displaying old content

our adobe acrobat connect pro server showing old captivate-created content 4-6 weeks ago.

  1. i loaded 35+ sets of captivate 3 (scorm 1.2, html, zipped) content onto our acrobat connect pro lms 6 weeks ago.
  2. i converted training content captivate 3.0.1 4.0.1, 4 weeks ago opening each file in captivate 4 , following prompts "save as" new files different file names.
  3. i reloaded content 4 weeks ago, , again 2 weeks ago.
  4. i reloaded half of content again last week.
  5. end user acceptance testing performed week showed of courses showing old content, ranging 2-6 weeks old

attempted fixes , workarounds:

  1. deleting content entirely , reloaded scratch - not work long term, lose usage data each time reload new files.
  2. contacted adobe, provided times track incidents of issue.  reached tier 2 - told our problem , appeared working fine side.
  3. new workaround - load new content , reattach course new content.  presents same long term issue first workaround, enables retain older versions of content in system, should need revert or report on it.

gaining server side access bit challenging due hosting situation have, looking (ideally) solution can performed administrator/author frontend.  however, want learn real cause of problem, wherever might reside, can corrected , avoided in future.  calling server cache issue, seems server has somewhere retained unwanted old versions of content, preventing current content being displayed end users.  viewing content end user = see old content.  viewing content content area (author view) shows current files, know on server , loading correctly, point.

i preparing content round of loading/reloading due other issues , updates, republishing , reloading 35+ files lms unavoidable @ point.

this issue keeping our lms launching several thousand users across country, suggestions or helpful tips appreciated.
