Metadata Display Settings PremProCS4

i have custom setting bin settings in metadata display, i.e. video usage, video in/out, media in/out, etc, called "bin settings".  there anyway can make default instead of having change each time project opened?  in cs3 move items up/down, etc. , don't see that.  thanks

its little difficult find if recall corrrectly.  in twirl down menu (small triangle)
