im new joomlauser , manage download languagepack spanish.. want icon spanish flag in right hand corner. how do this? or can read how do it?

Decent Video Card for CS5

my small business planning on gettin g web suite soon.  debating between cs4 or cs5.  basic web design i'm not sure if cs5 needed.  @ rate 1 thing need advice on video cards work without breaking bank, don't need super powerful or fast , not going using premeire @ all, know has more requirements card.  said small business (5 employees) can't afford lot.  advice greatful. i guess since video not primary purpose, relatively cheap ati hd radeon 5xxx suffice, since may not need cuda enabled mpe.
